1803 John Foster borrows from James Maybry

Know all men by these presents that I John Foster of Union District and State of South Carolina am held and firmly bound unto James Maybry in the sum of twelve hundred dollars to be paid to the said James Maybry, his certain attorney, executors, Administrators or _____ to which payment well and truly to be made. I bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally sealed with my seal and dated this 16th December 1803.  The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above John Foster shall and doth on or before the 25th December 1803 well and truly make or cause to be made to the said James Maybry a good and lawful right and title to a certain tract of land containing two hundred acres more or less lying on both sides of Sandy Run beginning at a white oak on the north side of Rocky Branch of said run thence north 180 poles to a hickry, west 180 poles  ___ said ___ white oak hence 180 poles to the hickory thence 180 poles to the beginning.  then this obligation to be void and of no effect.  Otherwise to remain in full force of ___ and virtue.

…of ________ or rheumatism in left side and back and left hip. I had diarrhea in service and a touch of scurvy on service and my stomach became weak, and consequently, I have always attributed my stomach troubles to those diseases in service.
I have been bothered with the pain in my back and hip ever since. I was injured in the service which produced the rupture I claim for. It did not bother me much at first. I mean the pain in back and hip, but has of late years.  It commenced with a _____ pain in the lower of my abdomen on left side and worked around to the back and hip and from what I have always supposed that pain was due to the injury to my testicle or from the same injury that produced the injury to my testicle.
None of my disabilities are the result of intemperance or vicious habits.  The only bad habit I have ever had was _____ tobacco if that may be _____ one.  You can trace me from boyhood and find my habits have always been _____.
